Where did you found that StrechBlt shall only accept SRCCOPY? According to
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms532355.aspx it accepts any of the
common raster operation codes (like BitBlt)

BTW as a test case try magnify.exe as I suggested, on windows It works like it
should and StretchBlt returns an inverted bitmap on reactos it doesn't
