When you run taskmgr, lsass.exe leaks memory. It stops leaking when you quit
taskmgr. might be related to taskmgr leak bug #2123 

Before Fireballs commit, the debuglog always showed
"(dll\win32\lsasrv\lsarpc.c:132) LsarClose(0x00000000) called!" while taskmgr
was running.
