Picture of the Error

I've had this error for quite a while when trying to build ReactOS from Source.
The error seems to be in /base/applications/charmap/unit.c but im sure somebody
can understand the error better then I can.
I'm on Windows XP, Using RosBE 1.1 (using the previous version also produced
this error)
