When you open the startmenu explorer leaks memory. It happens both on ROS and
XP.
To reproduce:
start explorer as shell on xp
browse through the startmenu a little
mem usage increases constantly.
Don't mark this bug a duplicate of #1554, because it isn't. It's a problem with
explorer, bug 1554 is bug in ROS.
