Have discovered a freeze bug on ReactOS 0.3.1 with VMWare 6 (not 5!).

To duplicate:
1) Boot system as normal.
2) Open three CMD prompt windows (enough for their buttons on the taskbar to
become smaller than the default) from the desktop.
3) Right-click on the Taskbar and choose Settings.
4) Go to Taskbar tab.
5) Click OK.
6) Close all three CMD windows.
7) Try to open a CMD window from the desktop.

After this point, the user becomes unable to interact with the shell via mouse.
