Yeah, this really seems to be the cause.
I just wanted to add your magnify code at bug 2463 to a subfolder of "rosapps".
But I always ran into this endless loop, when I tried to build it.
And the "Last modified time" of your rbuild file is 2nd August, 2007...

So, anyone who wants to debug that can add the code from bug 2463 and add an
entry for the rbuild file in rosapps's directory.rbuild.
Then the problem should occur.
