This is getting ridiculous.
This _wasn't_ a bug it was correct behavior.

I've just tested this in trunk and it now it appears this original bug
description has been 'fixed' when it shouldn't have been.

Now we have a real bug which is the reverse of the first so called bug.

Please test your bugs in Xp/2003 before submitting them to bugzilla.
