atm notepad behaves like ms notepad on xp, but not on reactos.
On ROS "notepad foo.txt  " will now open it, wich is correct,
"notepad foo  " will now open the file, too, wich is incorrect.
So one bug was replaced by another.

"If it ain't broke, fix it till it is" ;-)
