ReactOS can only be build with RosBE  our own fork of gcc 4.1.2 u can say

it mean we are using 2 patcher in gcc 4.1.2 also in gcc bugzilla. 

Please d/l rosbe from our website. if u are linux user see reactos forum 
there colin have rosbe for linux.
