ReactOS networking is back up in the SVN so I tested firefox and found that it
downloaded properly but when i clicked next on the setup wizard it did nothing.
Then after about 5 mins the system became completely unresponsive.

I marked as a critical bug because ibrowser is also broken also it exits
immediately after you start it (after mozilla activex is installed).

I used the downloader from 0.3.1 to get firefox.
