If i set HKLM/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/kbdclass/Start to 0 and do that
for i8042prt and mouclass services it starts properly. However, the settings
revert back to their previous values after the restart and if it is rebooted
again it finds many unknown devices. I believe there may be some hidden code in
there that resets that setting.
