To continue on DirectX graphice subsystem I need HeapVidMemAllocAligned been
implement. and I do not how todo it in a proper way. 

I will not commit a hack for it either. 

so if anyone that whant help implement it. please do that
for we need it for 3part driver. I am using vmware own driver. 
to write directx graphice subsystem.  Dx devloping is halt until 
this api are implement in reactos.
