When pressing the up or down boxes in the Time box below the clock nothing
happens
When pressing up with the hour selected, the clock changes from AM to PM then
skips an hour, so it would go 1:00:00 AM, 3:00:00 PM, 5:00:00 PM etc.
When changing minutes, 1 minutes is skipped out e.g 1:00PM, 1:02PM, 1:04PM etc
and the same happens for the seconds
Pressing up or down with either AM or PM selected either does nothing or is
looping, skipping PM or AM respectively.
