revision 25706 has radically changed bootvid and inbv and the ability do
display boot bitmap in non- /SOS mode is to be implemented.

Quoting the log for 25706:
...Displaying the boot bitmap hasn't yet been coded...
...The HAL is missing required routines for bootvid.dll, so it doesn't work
yet...
