I own a Gigabyte P965-DQ6 board myself, so I could do some testing on this as
well if necessary.

>From what I know, this board uses a JMicron JMB363 controller for providing the
IDE ports. It only has one IDE channel, which runs at IRQ 17 on my Windows
system (not IRQ 14/15 like usual IDE channels).
Nevertheless, I can use it with the "Generic Dual-Channel IDE Controller"
driver (atapi.sys, pciide.sys, pciidex.sys) on my Windows system, so ROS should
be able to do this with a Generic driver as well.

I'm pretty sure this problem is related to the IDE Controller, as bugcheck code
0x7B is INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.
