I dont really understand what you want. If you select spanish Keyboard Layout, 
then its normally because you live in a spanish speaking land. This is a 
feature which was added by demand of some devs. Its the only way to let 2nd 
stage run in the native language. Before it always was english, because your 
first possibility to change language was in 2nd stage. If you dont like to auto 
set lang, you still can change it in 2nd stage setup. :-P
