I set: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
to cmd.exe, restart, ros starts with the cmd instead of explorer, y type
explorer, make a logoff, then I re-logon, launch explorer twice, and even
wordpad, no bsod.
Bug's gone, tested in bootcd-29130-dbg.iso
