nic RTL6139 in real HW - R 29202

The Realtek 8139 driver is installed successfully and the card is displayed in
"network property" control panel.

-> Clicking on Property button -> "Network Connection status " panel is
displayed
-> Clicking on property  button -> TCP/IP entry is dispalyed
-> Clicking on property button -> Fails to display informations
