patch

workarround to ensure asm files are compiled after C files to avoid mingw's
multiple definitions complains. see
http://www.reactos.org/archives/public/ros-dev/2007-September/009793.html

It does not affect rbuild's mingw backend but may affect other backends.

btw , anyone knows a better/definitive solution?
