The behavior has changed in R 29230 . in "network property" control panel.

-> Clicking on Property button -> "Network Connection status " panel is
displayed
-> Clicking on property  button -> "ncpa.cpl" message box is displayed with
text :

  "error adapteinfo"
 + button OK

=> If I click on OK buttob , ROS freezes and PC reset is needed
