If you try to run a .exe (and some other) files in ReactOS, you have to write
the exact filename INCLUDING the file extension. Since DOS up to Windows Vista,
.exe (and some other executable files) are run without any extension. I don't
know wether they're added in the process or how it's done, but it's annoying to
copy a file named abc.exe with ReactOS specific command 'copy abc.exe C:'
instead of the normal Windows command 'copy abc C:'.

This problem could also block some programms from running, witch use commands
like this.
