Tested with official bootcd-32348-dbg.iso:

In second stage ReactOS freezes right after "installing devices". 

The last debug log line is:
(ntoskrnl/ke/i386/exp.c:1060) Kill umpnpmgr.exe, ExceptionCode: 6ba,
ExceptionAddress: 7c801a20

If I restart with kqemu disabled I can go on with the installation.
