Tested again with official bootcd-32367-dbg.iso

It's still happening on my system: Athlon 64 X2 3800, 2Gb of ram.
If I close qemu when I get that error, disable kqemu and start qemu again I can
go on with 2nd stage.

I've also done some tests on another pc (P4 2,6 1Gb of ram) and it happened
only once out of two tries.
