SVN 31729 Debug Output

I used an ISO file to bring the 1.1.13.8.1 mono installer into ReactOS. In SVN
versions I tested different versions from 31538 to 31729 the setup icon
appeared in the bar at the bottom of the screen and after waiting a little
while the Next button from the installer showed up on the screen(and nothing
else from the installer window). Wait a few minutes and the system will freeze. 

In SVN version 31877 the system did a BSOD instead of the freezing in the
previous versions.
