SVN 31964 Debug Output

In using the debug SVN 31964(didn't test the release version) When I double
click the explorer to open it the outside of the window, the toolbars, and the
scrollbars appear and the inside is all blue. upon checking the debug output it
is a page fault. This problem did not exist when I tested SVN 31933 so it was
introduced after that point. Attaching the debug out put I got from SVN 31964.
