selecting restart after purebasic install attempt fails to save a file to
drive, the computer crashes after "restart" button is clicked with 
STOP: 0x1e (0xc000005, 0x9e2ef947, 0x9f711518, 0)
win32k.sys -- address 9e2ef947 base at 9e26b000, datestamp 47951f25

  purebasic fails at different points during install. sometimes cause kernel
crash, mostly fails at a file write--different ones.
