I started to use Notepad from ROS a replacement because it supports *nix EOLs 
and I often work with files which have them. By using it I found some bugs.
1. Windows Notepad opens files, regardless if its in use or not. For example 
VMware's ReactOS Debug Output. Ours complains about missing exclusive rights.
2. The Statusbar does not refresh. It always shows the line number of the time 
when it was switched on.
3. Statusbar does not stay active after restart of notepad, like in Windows
one.
