Summary: CMD locks up when breaking operations (CTRL-C)
           Product: ReactOS
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: VMWare 6
        OS/Version: Microsoft Windows XP
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: Shell
        AssignedTo: ros-bugs at reactos.org
        ReportedBy: conspirator at gmail.com
         QAContact: ros-bugs at reactos.org

.3.4 Running inside VMWARE player 2 (there was no option for this under
platform) -

When breaking an ongoing operation inside a CMD window (using CTRL-C), many
times this operation will lock the command window and require a reboot.

Breaking a "ping", "ipconfig", "netstat", or "FTP" operation locks the command
window and requires a reboot. Another command window cannot be opened and if
you have a second command window open already, you cannot bring it into focus.

Breaking "arp" causes the program to print "Displays and modifies the
IP-to-Physical address translation tables used by" over and over again, filling
the screen and locking the cmd prompt.

It locks on almost every network based operation.

Breaking a "dir" command momentarily freezes text output in the cmd window, but
it un-freezes as soon as the command finishes successfully

If you have 2 command windows open, one running dir and one running one of the
other commands, and you break the "dir" command, text output stops to both
windows until the DIR command finishes successfully, then screen output is
returned to both. If you break one of the other commands, both windows lock up
completely and do not come back without a reboot.
