I think this is still valid as of revision 34226. I haven't witnessed it move
over more than once though. 

Oddly I didn't notice this until now but this bug's been there for at least a
year..unless it's been fixed and broken again between then. 


If the bug being described is the same one I'm thinking of, the clock clips off
the AM or PM part of the time, and only leaves a little sliver of it. As I said
I haven't seen it move completely off the screen, just one spot over on a
two-digit hour (clipping it) and back to normal for a one-digit hour.
