Steps to reproduce the bug:

1.- boot reactos normally
2.- Right-click on My Computer icon in the Desktop
3.- Properties
4.- Advancer Options Tab
5.- Start and Setup
6.- Set up button
7.- Change the default OS and click Accept, and Accept again
8.- Restart

You will see that the countdown is not properly displayed
