MSIExec being a CUI app is a Wineism, which should be fixed, so way 2 is the
way to go.

So really there are two solutions:
1. Work with Wine team to fix it there. But there is a chance they might not
care about it "since it just works".
2. Fix it in ReactOS, hopefully creating as little hassle for future merges as
possible.
