The crt-patch was commited by me, and now VLC crashes differently, but again in
Ob! I will attach the new debug log...

- as of revision 34222 it no longer crashes ReactOS, but crashes in a usermode

Deleting libdvbsub_plugin.dll gets vlc much further loading a bunch of plugin
dlls, then crashing ros:
