Looks like bold diacritic letter is exchanged with regular and vice versa

Perhaps it's completely invisible for English version of ReactOS, but in Czech
or for example Slovak version there is some inconsistency when displaying
certain letters with diacritics (see attached screenshot, used CP_1250).
