Attached patch fixes RestoreDC. 

IntGdiCopyToSaveState: newdc->DcLevel.flPath member was overwritten and
DCPATH_SAVESTATE flag was lost. As result dc was not restored in
IntGdiSetDCState.

The patch fixes lot of visual glitches. Especially in Delphi applications.
