Patch to fix 'make install'

This patch fixes the makefile.auto rules for generating hives during 'make
install'; however, this still fails on my machine (Gentoo AMD64) with:

output-i386/tools/mkhive/mkhive boot/bootdata/ /mnt/reactos/system32/config
boot/bootdata//hiveinst.inf
Binary hive maker
fopen() failed (errno 2)
InfHostOpenFile() failed
fopen() failed (errno 2)
InfHostOpenFile() failed
fopen() failed (errno 2)
InfHostOpenFile() failed
fopen() failed (errno 2)
InfHostOpenFile() failed

  Done.

I'm not sure if this is normal or some other problem...
