I ran the test programs from comment #3 with allegro binaries compiled against
msvc60 with r34434 on QEmu.
Tests 1-4 run and look like in windows, tests 5 and 6 don't run because they
try to use a fullscreen mode. Fullscreen mode is not properly implemented in
win32k yet according to this page:
