Firefox/Seamonkey could have been compiled with WINCE enabled thus bypassing
code from lines 1784 to 1805. I tagged all the calls made in that code segment
and nothing is called when selecting minimize on all bars and buttons. Only
RESTORE and MAXIMIZE are seen being called.

Only thing posted from debug during minimize call:
(subsystems/win32/win32k/objects/gdiobj.c:603) Object 0xb0010226 currently
being destroyed!!!
With a note that each hDC is different.

I can not test with wine:
err:module:attach_process_dlls "winmm.dll" failed to initialize, aborting

I'm open to any ideas,
