Update translate file

This file is old norwegain file
"Vil du simulere en omstart av Windows?" Be on english some like "do you like a
simulate a reboot of windows?" Change to "Do you want to restart the
system?/Vil starte datamaskinen på nytt?" and "Vil du avslutte Wine-økten?" be
some like "Do you exit wine-task?" update to "Do you want to shutdown/Vil du
slå av datamaskinen?"

And translate more translate word
