I confirm the issue.

When I go to Paramètre (panneau de configuration)/ système / Avancé tab and
click the Variable d'environnement button, a new window appear.

When I click to the slider in the right of ComSpec, it opens a dialog box to
modify ComSpec.
This dos not work with PATHEXT, might be because ComSpec is preselected.

Than I close this modification window, and click the Annuler (cancel) button,
nothing slowly happen.

The X (cross) button on the top right of the window should be cliked to close
the window.

I used a french version of ReactOS r34359 to reproduce this bug.
