I couldn't confirm this bug. I've tested Mozilla Sunbird 0.8 in r34560 (VMware 
workstation 6), it installs and runs normally. When I restarted I didn't get 
any hive issues, blue error dialog boxes...etc. Ros just restarted normally 
without any error.
Can you please retest it ? maybe it was a random bug.
