I can confirm it in VirtualBox 1.6.2 too, testing both livecd and bootcd,
revision 34258

Steps to reproduce:

1.- Boot ReactOS normally
2.- Right click on "My computer", then Properties
3.- Open the Device Manager Window
4.- Display any device properties
5.- Click either "ok" or "cancel" button (it doesnt matter)

you will see that the windows which will have the focus is the "My computer"
properties, instead of the Device Manager itself
