At first, ReactOS charmap.exe seams to work well in debian Wine.

However, when you display one character, then scroll down, then display a
second character, the first character is not correctly unselected/undisplayed:
only the half where the character was displayed before scroll is redrawn!

For me, it looks more like some charmap.exe issue.

This does not mean there is no redraw issues elsewhere.
