In the Folder Options Control Panel General tab, when a Radio Button is clicked
all others are unchecked, even those in other sections.

Reproduce Steps:
1. Start
2. Run
3. control folders
4. OK
5. Open each folder in the same window.

KVM Version: QEMU PC emulator version 0.9.1 (kvm-62)
ReactOS Version: 0.3.5 Installation/Boot Image
