When clicking a item of the scrollbar the background changes to reflect the
click but does not return to its original color.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Click a random part of the scrollbar.

KVM Version: QEMU PC emulator version 0.9.1 (kvm-62)
ReactOS Version: 0.3.5 Installation/Boot Image
