Fixes problems with unix path names in codeblocks backend

There is a patch that fixes the problem with unix path names in the cb backend
and removes the .exe extension of the tools used in the project file, as well
write each cbp file in it respective directory, rather than in the root folder
with wrong dos style backslashes in the file name.
