when you right-click (call the menu) into the blank place on e.g. C:\ or in
other directory and then left-click to the blank, ros will make a virtual new
directory, virtual means that the directory will disappear after e.g. Refresh

after double-click on this object(folder) ros write an error message, see on
screenshot
