I was not able to reproduce it.
Long time ago (more than one year) this bug existed, but it was solved if I
remember right.
To be more sure, I checked with the latest revision at the time of writing for
verify an eventual regression, but it still worked fine (see attachment 1).
What version/revision are you testing?

Instead, I saw that there is a gfx problem with date/time setup (see attachment
2).
The colours are wrong; the clock is also bigger than the output of the same
datetime.cpl on WinXP, but perhaps it's just a different dpi (because dialogbox
is bigger too...)
