WinG support (updated)

This patch will add wing32 under the build tree.
wing32.rbuild has been implemented too.

NOTE: Actually the DLL, as it was taken from WINE's sources, did not work
because the functions are exported with PASCAL calling convention, but the
names of the functions are not decorated with "@xx" suffix.
The result is that I was not able to run applications like this game because
unresolved symbols.
The wing32.def file covers and it solves this aspect.
