if second stage install means when the gui comes up to ask various questions
including admin login and time zone and all that stuff, then yes the error
occurs at the vary end of second stage install, during reboot. the second
attachment i made is the debug log of that crash.  after that crash, i cold
reboot and reactos hangs during the boot sequence.
