Uhm, your second debug log lacks crash. Does the crash look something like
this?:

Entered debugger on last-chance exception (Exception Code: 0xc0000005) (Page
Fault)
Memory at 0x00000084 could not be read: Page not present.

If so, then this issue is the "Bad KernelData pointer inside win32k, at the 2nd
stage's shutdown" from here: http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/0.3.5

The boot issue you are experiencing is because of a registry corruption due to
the halted rebooting. The real issue though is the crash inside win32k which
crashes the reboot.

Moreover, I suspect this bug was introduced in revision 32497 so Physicus
should have a look at this.
